This Privacy Policy explains how Nsix Digital Sàrl ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP/nDSG, in force since 1 September 2023) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Scope
This policy applies to all personal data collected through our website (nsixtalent.ch). It applies to all visitors, regardless of their country of residence.
3. Browser-side processing (calculators)
The calculators on this site (net salary, cross-border, etc.) run entirely in your browser. The values you enter (gross salary, canton, age, family status, etc.) are not sent to our servers and are not stored by us or by any third-party processor.
4. Data we collect
a) Server logs (hosting)
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically collect technical data when you visit our website: IP address, browser type, operating system, HTTP headers, timestamp, request country. This data is collected for security, abuse prevention and service stability. It is not linked to your identity.
b) Email communication
If you contact us at contact@nsixdigital.com, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message content) to respond to your inquiry.
c) Language preference (cookie)
The site uses a strictly necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your chosen language (fr, en, de) between visits. No analytics, marketing or profiling cookie is set.

6. Data processors & recipients
We use the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) - hosting, CDN, DDoS protection and server logs. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Email provider - for emails you send to us (transit, anti-spam, retention).
Nsix Digital Sàrl does not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. International data transfers
In accordance with Art. 19 para. 4 nFADP, we disclose that personal data may be transferred to the following country outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area:
- United States - hosting, CDN and server logs via Cloudflare, Inc.
These transfers are covered by the following safeguards:
- the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework - Swiss Federal Council adequacy decision of 14 August 2024, effective 15 September 2024 (Cloudflare is certified under this framework);
- the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework - EU Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, for transfers concerning EU residents;
- as a fallback, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), recognized by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), with the supplementary measures required by the "Schrems II" ruling.
8. Data retention
Email correspondence is retained for the duration of the relationship, plus any period required by applicable law. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes, except where an incident is under analysis. The language cookie expires according to next-intl's default (up to 1 year).
9. Cookies & tracking
This website uses no analytics tool, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker. Only the strictly necessary NEXT_LOCALE cookie described in section 4 is set.
10. No automated decisions or profiling
In accordance with Art. 21 nFADP, we confirm that Nsix Digital Sàrl does not take any automated individual decisions and does not carry out profiling on the basis of the data processed through this website. The calculations offered on the site (salary calculators, etc.) do not produce legal effects or significantly affect data subjects within the meaning of the nFADP or the GDPR.
11. Your rights
Under the Swiss nFADP and the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access - obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and request a copy;
- Right to rectification - correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Right to erasure - request deletion of your personal data;
- Right to data portability - receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Right to object - object to processing based on legitimate interest.
